The short version
We do not ask for, collect, or store health information about you. We do not sell personal information. The only personal information you can give us is an email address, typed into the newsletter box on purpose - and, like most websites, our host and analytics record standard technical data such as IP address and pages visited, described below.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address goes directly to our email service provider, which stores it on our behalf. If you email us, we receive what you send. That is it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and analytics record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. We use this to understand which guides are useful, not to build a profile of you.
Information we do not collect. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, insurance member ID, diagnoses, medications, or any other health information. Our tools that involve numbers run entirely in your browser - the values you type are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function and analytics. We intend to display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, once the site is eligible. Advertising partners may set their own cookies and may use them to show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with lead buyers, insurers, providers, or data brokers. We share limited data with service providers who operate the site on our behalf - our host, our analytics provider, our email provider, and our advertising partner - and only so they can perform those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices and rights
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address from our list. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing. To make a request, email support@sisrallc.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the little information we hold, and we keep email addresses only for as long as you stay subscribed. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, say so on the site.
